Why is a training grade Simulator important?A training grade simulator offers you a seamless transition to a simulator that you will fly at your airline assessment, without the risk of negative training. Precision aircraft controls, dynamic loading, real aircraft data and full systems representation allows us to deliver a preparation to you with the correct tools.
-
How soon before my assessment should I book?We recommend booking your simulator preparation 7 to 10 days before your airline assessment. This allows some time to review any areas after your practice and takes the pressure off should you decide to do a little more training.
-
How do I become familiar with a new type?We send out a copy of our iBook for either Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 that contains useful information on the cockpit layout, instrumentation, flight controls and handling tips.
-
Can I pair up with someone else?We do offer pair ups where possible as it can increase your exposure to the process without any additional expense.
-
Who are the instructors? All of our instructors are current on Boeing and Airbus types. Many of the instructors also recruit for the airlines, which means we are able to deliver that fine direction throughout the course.
-
Where can I stay during the training? We are partnered with ibis Hotels and have over the road accomodation from our Airline Training Centre.
