

OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Customer shall accept that once payment is made for a simulator booking it is non-refundable unless cancelled by SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

2. If a simulator develops a fault resulting in the termination of services then a partial refund or change in training date will be offered.
​
3. The Customer will not hold SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD responsible for any personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or inconvenience unless caused by gross negligence by one of SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD's officers, agents, employees.
​
4. The Customer accepts that it must comply with all safety demonstrations and simulator rules and safety procedures. Where The Customer does not comply, The Customer shall accept all responsibility and may be liable for any injury to self or others, loss or damage to property or inconvenience.
​
5. The payment must be received in full prior to the simulator session.
​
6. The Customer may be required to provide a copy of a passport/ID card and a copy of flying licence. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the training session or course with no refund.
​
7. The Customer must bring a passport or other form of identification to the event.
​
8. SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD will hold on file a copy of The Customer passport and licence. SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD will not share, distribute or discuss The Customer’s details with a third party unless required by law.
​
9. The Customer accepts that subsequent damage to a simulator by taking any food/drink or banned substance into the simulator will result in The Customer being liable for any damage.
​
10. The airline/operator of any particular aircraft may have defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). In such cases, these SOP’s have primacy over any publication/guidance associated with SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD or its employees/partners.
​
11. Training with SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD does not secure or guarantee any subsequent employment.
​
12. The Customer does not hold the right to distribute, copy or resell any manual, course structure or intellectual property of SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD to any third party.
​
13. Any costs The Customer incurs from travel or accommodation will not be reimbursed or subsidised by SimPrep Airline Flight Training LTD for any reason whatsoever. This includes any cancellation or change to simulator training times as required by simulator or instructor availability.
​
14. We may have to share The Customer’s name and other details with other third party providers as part of a required security process only.
​
15. Simprep Airline Training LTD is registered for VAT from 1st November 2024.

17. Simprep Airline Training LTD does not offer formal flight training. Our Simprep service is a recruitment service to assist a customer through a recruitment simulator assessment.

PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS
​
From time to time, SimPrep Ltd may run promotional competitions or giveaways. The following terms apply specifically to those promotions, in addition to our general website Terms & Conditions.

Current giveaway - 2 hours in Simprep LTD fixed based 320 simulator. (briefing time included in the 2 hours)

1. Promoter - The promoter is SimPrep Ltd.
​
2. Eligibility
• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of SimPrep Ltd and their immediate families are excluded.
• Internet access and a valid social media account (where applicable) are required.

3. How to Enter
• Entry instructions will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional post (e.g. on Instagram, LinkedIn, or our website).
• No purchase is necessary.
• Entries that do not comply with the stated instructions will not be counted.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
• Each promotion will clearly state its start and closing date/time.
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be valid.
5. Prizes
• The prize(s) will be stated in the relevant promotional post.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

The prize will include one winner and the option of bringing a guest.

Guests must be at least 12 years of age to participate in the simulator experience.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• Winners will be chosen at random (or as otherwise specified in the promotional post).
• Winners will be notified via the platform used to enter (e.g. Instagram Direct Message, LinkedIn Message, or email).
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
• By entering, participants consent to their name/Instagram handle being announced as the winner.
• Winners may be asked for permission to share photos/videos from the prize experience for promotional purposes.
8. Liability
• We accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, network, or other issues.
• Participation in simulator sessions is subject to our standard booking terms, including health and safety requirements.
9. Platform Disclaimer
• Promotions run via Instagram, LinkedIn, or other platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
• By entering, participants release the platform from any responsibility.
10. Promoter’s Rights
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotion if necessary.
• Our decision in respect of all matters relating to promotions will be final and binding.
